First up is an archive of all court documents (in PDF format) associated with this case. Of particular interest are the initial complaint filed by Autodesk with its associated motion for a temporary restraining order (TRO) and the two declarations in support of the TRO, as well as the ODA response (on November 21) and the three declarations in support of the ODA response.

When viewing the docket history, pause your cursor over the description of each docket entry to see the complete docket text in a tooltip window. Likewise, pausing over document names will provide a more complete description of the document.

I spent a lot more time on this database-driven docket history page (now affectionately known as Lawsuit Tracker) than I expected to, so I'm going to take a short breather. Next up will be a list of links to news and views about the lawsuit on other websites.
