On November 12, 2006 Autodesk filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against the Open Design Alliance (ODA). While researching the case, I found a wealth of opinions and a few scattered bits of information, but no single source had everything I wanted. So I decided to create this extension of my Outside The Box blog as a one stop shop for anyone following the case. I am making available original court documents as filed with the court, as well as aggregating other relevant information and opinions as I find them.
